[Pkg-javascript-devel] node-express: would it be better to move debian/* license to be the same as upstream ?

I favor GPL-3+ over other licenses, and therefore apply that license to 
FLOSS work I contribute whenever reasonable.

I find it reasonable to generally license debian/* as GPL-3+, and then 
as needed (i.e. for stuff likely for upstream to adopt - e.g. patches 
except to rename node → nodejs) to license same as upstream.

What I do is ask myself the question "does this need discretion?".
