Thanks for filing this as a bugreport.

Work is underway to package UglifyJS2 in the master-experimental branch 
of git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-javascript/uglifyjs.git .

Status of packaging is that these libraries needs packaging first:

  node-source-map
  node-uglify-to-browserify
