[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#736332: libv8-3.14: support for mips big endian

Hello,

I have attached latest patches for libv8-3.14.

Difference to the previous patch is that default target for mips big endian is now loongson, as it is for little endian, in order to support most common dominator.
Loongson in libv8-3.14 port for mips(el) is effectively mips2 for ABI O32.
Also there are two of upstream bug fixes back-ported to this version of libv8-3.14 that affect mips and mipsel.

There is one more change to debian/rules, timeOut value is increased from 400 to 600.
We have tested libv8-3.14 on leemote-3a (loongson).
Maximal obtained execution time was  (07:01.958) for mjsunit/limit-locals test.
Therefore, we think that is reasonable to increase timeOut value.
