As I've said I may be wrong and I still may be wrong. I just try to
build on Marcelo POV [1]. He asked to remove minified files so I say
"perhaps [...] debian policy is to exclude them from sources".

I should have said "A pkg-javascript policy could be we don't embed
minified files into orig tarball"
