I am going to revert your change. MathJax-docs repository on github is
a fork of MathJax repository itself, so all three tags there are
leftovers of the parent repository, and trying to download them will
result in downloading source of another package.

The purpose of the previous debian/watch was to point people to
get-orig-source.sh, and I think that is the right thing to do.
