[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#771299: support for JsSIP event name 'confirmed'

The latest JsSIP releases now emit an event called 'confirmed' instead of 'started'

For people to use newer JsSIP versions, JSCommunicator should recognise this event.

For maximum flexibility, JSCommunicator needs to handle either the new or old event name.
