[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#708768: Inclusion of German debconf template translation possible?

Hello Maintainers,
a German translation of the Debconf template was prepared and filed as
708768. Would it be possible to do a maintainer upload targetting
jessi with the translation included?

If not, would it be ok for an NMU including this template translation
(and possibly others)?
