As Luca points out, this is due to NeoVim requiring a newer version of
libuv, so I'm going to change this bug accordingly to request updating
to the current stable upstream release.
I'm doing this for tracking purposes, so I can block (the soon to
be ITP) #752264 against this. There's no rush on this from my end, but
I want to start having a better view of what needs to be done for the
NeoVim packaging.
