I am not sure the header and package.json syntax allow for dual
licenses. The `readme.md` file says the following:

> All code is open source and dual licensed under GPL and MIT. Check
> the individual licenses for more information.

The following two files are available in the repository:
- GPL-LICENSE.txt
- MIT-LICENSE.txt

I have contacted the author[1], but to me it is pretty clear that the
intentions is to dual-license.
