[Pkg-javascript-devel] please give back libuv (0.10.28-6) on i386

Hi,

Please give back libuv 0.10.28-6 on i386. It is a minimal security fix
upload intended for jessie, already unblocked by the release team.

Its test-suite failed yesterday for the first time on babin, while building 
everywhere else. The failure seems to be somehow time sensitive.
I suspect that it will just build if retried.
