Patch added and verified to VCS.

This was a two-step process:
1) add the test, make sure it fails
2) patch code, make sure test succeeds

Now you have to `dch -r` and send debdiff to whoever is in charge.

If everything's all right i suppose you can do the upload ? (dmua ?
already DD ?)
