I was making a 1-to-1 mapping from NodeJS / NPM package names to Debian
package names as described in the policy:

  https://wiki.debian.org/Javascript/Nodejs/Manual

Amongst other things, the packaging/naming convention allows people to
more quickly package other NodeJS products that depend on this.
