[Pkg-javascript-devel] libv8 tracking soname with abi-compliance-checker, another try

Hi Jonas,

it seems dh_acc or direct call of abi-compliance-checker could play the role
of checking when the ABI breaks.
However, this doesn't fit well with a soname based on upstream version:
it could happen that version 3.50.1 is compatible with version 3.49.12,
and 3.50.2 breaking compatibility with 3.50.1.
So i'd like to move to an integer based soname that is incremented each
time there is a detected abi break by a.c.c.
I can do this as soon as the next v8 upload.

Any comment ?
