[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#821403: Version of libssl-dev in Build-depends

Hi,

The source package build-depends on libssl-dev (>= 1.0.0g), while it
actually needs at least 1.0.2 to compile.

According to the maintainer Jeremy Lal:
> [SSL_CTX_add1_chain_cert] has been added in openssl 1.0.2
(from a response to #815272)

Please, correct the Build-depends.
