node-xtend was uploaded by me. Though its similar in concept to
'node-extend', one is not a drop-in alternative to the other. npm2deb
warned me about the possible duplication, but I couldn't avoid it.
node-xtend doesn't mutate the arguments (ever), while node-extend does
(by default).
