The section in the control field is "web".

I wonder where the issue is from? I can confirm that the section shows
as ruby by running apt-get show.
Perhaps a bit more history is needed to understand the issue.
libjs-mousetrap was originally shipped by another source package
(ruby-mousetrap-rails), which I had hijacked inadvertently.
