Bootstrap is a popular HTML, CSS, and JS framework for developing
responsive, mobile first projects on the web.

It includes base CSS and HTML for typography, forms, buttons, tables,
grids, navigation, and more.

Bootstrap 3 is being replaced by a lighter version called Bootstrap
4. It's mostly a rewrite, and should probably be packaged separately
as it is not backwards-compatible.

4 is still in alpha stages, according to this there will be an alpha6
before they go in beta stages:

month earlier.
