[Pkg-javascript-devel] node-async: let's get it up to speed

Hi,

I'm part of the Debian Javascript Maintainers team, and I'm willing to 
help on this team-maintained package :
- closing bug #772835 after almost two years ;
- updating to latest upstream ;
- updating to latest Debian packaging standards.

If there is no objection, I'll start working on this in a week.
