Both webpack and node-uglifyjs-webpack-plugin was in NEW, but webpack
was accepted before node-uglifyjs-webpack-plugin, making webpack
uninstallable. Once node-uglifyjs-webpack-plugin clears NEW, this bug
can be closed.
