[Pkg-javascript-devel] fixing some FTBFS for nodejs 8

Hi,

i don't know if it's christmas mood or what, but i'm doing team uploads
to fix all FTBFS Julien found to be able to start a nodejs 6 -> 8
transition.

It's going very well, most fixes are actually not caused by nodejs 8 but by
preexisting bugs.
