Akash,

Please add these to the description.

Provides a tiny stub implementation of the tty module of the Node core
library that always returns false to isatty and throws not implemented
errors if ReadStream or WriteStream are called.
.
This library is a dependency or Browserify. Browserify takes code
targetted at Node.js and makes it run in the browser. Node.js comes with
an API of its own that is not available in browsers. Browserify
provides/exposes this code to programs that are unaware they are running
in a browser.

Please also do this for all browserify dependencies.
