[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: imurmurhash

Hello,
I have packaged imurmurhash. It is an incremental implementation of
Murmurhash3 which is a non-cryptographic hash function suitable for general
hash-based lookup.
I have also  verified it using sbuild. I would like to share it with your
group.
