[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#850418: Lack of documentation (manpage, offline doc)

I wish to use grunt-cli for node-sprintf-js but due to lack of
documentation I could not go futher.

They are no man page and moreover running grunt give me:
grunt-cli: The grunt command line interface (v1.2.0)

Fatal error: Unable to find local grunt.
