node-liftoff's testsuite appears to use method timing/benchmarking
in such a way that it will non-deterministically FTBFS:

    1) Liftoff launch should skip respawning if process.argv has no values from v8flags in it:
       Error: timeout of 5000ms exceeded
        at null.<anonymous> (/usr/lib/nodejs/mocha/lib/runnable.js:139:19)
