[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#850719: rollup: please consider mention why package is in contrib

I guess this is why it's in contrib:

What are your plans to fix this? Would it be feasible to write some hacky shell scripts for this particular case, so that we can reduce the amount of cyclic build-dependencies in Debian?
