[Pkg-javascript-devel] reopening the ITP for node-ms

I intend to package this module, for the rationale see https://bugs.debian.org/836205

A quick search on https://codesearch.debian.net shows the following node/js-related packages that contain the string 'humanize', possibly indicating that they import the ms copy embedded in node-debug:

after triaging this list, when this one is packaged they should all be updated to depend on it.

I would need a sponsor to upload, and I intend to maintain it within the javascript maintainers team.
