[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: update node-cli-cursor to 2.1.0

Hi, I have prepared the update to node-cli-cursor version 2.1.0 (required for inquirer 3.3.0 and for node-yarnpkg).

The only reverse dependency ATM is node-inquirer, and the tests in the current version of node-inquirer pass.

Please someone allow me DM upload access for this package or sponsor the upload:
