[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: node-execa 0.10.0

Hi, I have prepared a team upload to update node-execa from 0.5.0 to 0.10.0

It is required for yarnpkg, see:

It has just one reverse build dependency: node-os-locale, which BTW requires execa >= 0.7.0,
and according to meta/build the new version does not break it.

It would be nice to run the tests at buildtime but there is some work to do:

As a workaround I run the tests manually as described in the repo wiki and I got:
  98 passed

I also run the example from the README and it seems to work.
