According to the ITP of node-rollup-plugin-alias:

it was packaged because "In dependency chain of gitlab 9.5 (build dependency of react)"

Indeed:
https://sources.debian.org/src/node-react/16.2.0-3/debian/control/?hl=15#L15
but that dependency was removed by upstream:
https://github.com/facebook/react/commit/8cbc16f0faedafe4f7424b286af52dafd7a79587#diff-b9cfc7f2cdf78a7f4b91a753d10865a2L83

So if we upgrade node-react to v16.6.3 we may let node-rollup-plugin-alias be autoremoved.
