[Pkg-javascript-devel] nodejs 8.9.3 test-tls-server-verify fails reproducible builds

Hi,

i'm puzzled by a test failure (test/parallel/test-tls-server-verify.js)
there:
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/arm64/nodejs_8.9.3~dfsg-7.rbuild.log
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/amd64/nodejs_8.9.3~dfsg-7.rbuild.log

but not there and also not on "official" build servers, obviously:
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/armhf/nodejs_8.9.3~dfsg-7.rbuild.log

The test involves using 127.0.0.1 on a random available port assigned by
nodejs.
Are there different network conditions on reproducible build servers ?
Do anyone has any idea what could cause this ?
