Why don't you¹ ask to become listmaster and do it yourself?

¹ Please note that a negated question is easily perceived as aggressive, 
because it shifts the burden of proof: It presents a new idea and 
implies that not approving the idea is wrong - the question cannot 
easily be rejected but instead the one being asked need to defend the 
reasonable about status quo.  In other words: A hidden criticism.

Above I could instead have written "I suggest that you..." which 
wouldn't put same pressure on you to acknoledge my proposal.

(and no, I am not offended here!)
