Jquery based Javascript library to browse multiple images in a web

This is a dependency of the sigal static gallery generator (#879239).

Ot depends on (and ships with) jquery 3.3.1, which is out of date in
Debian. It alsop depends on (and ships with) leaflet 0.7.3, which is
severely out of date compared with upstream (1.3.1):

I would very much appreciate co-maintaining this with the javascript
team or just not maintaining this myself at all.
