To address this, I volunteer to migrate to salsa the 118-31=87, using the procedure here:

I'd skip the AliothRewriter step because those repo were never really "public".
But I'd fix the Vcs-* fields in d/control for all 118.

So new uploads would then be required.
Would we increase the debian version ?
Would those be team uploads ?
