Package: node-normalize.css
Version: 8.0.0-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I cannot install libjs-normalize.css without pulling in nodejs because
currently libjs-normalize.css is a virtual package provided by
node-normalize.css and the latter has a hard dependency on nodejs.

Please either make the hard-dependency a Recommends: or make
libjs-normalize.css a real package with its own set of dependencies. Otherwise
I will not be able to fix #898791 and #898792 that you filed because it is not
appropriate to have nodejs as a build-dependency of rustc.
