This must be a mistake because there is no Test.html in this package and html5shiv is not required.

I have prepared a new version to upload, by the way updating dh level and std version, and enabling the test suite.
But I would keep it on hold until its dependencies node-sort-keys and node-query-string pass through the NEW queue.
