I have done that, although I could not remove the following repos due to insufficient permissions:

datatables.js.git
node-accepts.git
node-connect.git
node-express.git
node-log4js.git
node-parseurl.git
node-path-to-regexp.git
node-redis.git
node-send.git
node-type-is.git
requirejs-text.git
should.js.git
three.js.git

Anyway now the disk space occupied by /git/pkg-javascript has gone down from 3.6 to 1.3 GiB.
