Hello,

Bootstrap 4 is available in buster, but the ColReorder extension is
missing the colReorder.bootstrap4 css file.

There may be more missing, though I haven't checked the other
extensions.

The package version hints that the collection has been last compiled in
september 2015, and the last upload of datatables in Debian was in 2018,
so it looks like datatables-extensions has been lagging behind.
