[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#933627: vue.js: fails to build with webpack 4 in experimental

When building with webpack 4 in experimental, build failed with error.

Error: webpack.optimize.UglifyJsPlugin has been removed, please use config.optimization.minimize instead.

Same issue is fixed in node-axios and node-timeago.js
