[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#933666: leaflet-image: fails to build with webpack 4 in experimental

When building with webpack 4, this package fails with error,

mkdir --parents debian/js                       uglifyjs --compress --mangle \                          --in-source-map leaflet-image.js.map \          --source-map debian/js/leaflet-image.min.js.map \                                               --output debian/js/leaflet-image.min.js -- leaflet-image.js                             fs.js:115                                           throw err;                                      ^                                                                                           Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'leaflet-image.js.map'

Now webpack creates output files relative to dist directory.

This commit -> https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/leaflet-image/commit/c177c223f86facce929bab19f891675d4e511eb0 in webpack4 branch of salsa fixes it.
