[Pkg-javascript-devel] pkg-js-tools migration

Hi all,

pkg-js-tools transition is ready in salsa. After few days (more tests
with pkg-js-tools 0.8.8), I'll upload packages [3]: no upstream upgrade,
just a rebuild with 0.8.8 (removal of debian/install + few fixes),
published on same dist than previous (unstable for the majority)

I plan to do this next Monday if no one disagree.

Take a look at this list to see if one must not be updated from master
branch.

NB: after this, debian/install must be removed when using "dh --with
nodejs" (or adapted if more than one binary package, see [1]).
npm2deb MR is also ready [2].
