node-carto is a build dependency of openstreetmap-carto, we'll have to 
remove that too if node-carto gets removed.

Ideally node-carto gets updated to at least 0.18.0 required for the 
latest openstreetmap-carto releases, but the dependency chain has 
prevented that so far.

You should check with `dak rm -Rn <package>` on 
mirror.ftp-master.debian.org for the other node packages which may have 
broken (build) dependencies as well.
