[Pkg-javascript-devel] Looking for help in updating npm to new usptream version

i have successfully applied the npm-clean-module part in debian/rules file
, and for node-gyp i see it as a dependency , so do i need to remove it
from dependency ? and then why do i need to update copyright ?
