Done : it fixes the problem. I pushed a commit.

Indeed, the new debhelper makes it run, but lintian is unhappy:

W: node-es6-promise source: pkg-js-autopkgtest-test-is-missing
W: node-es6-promise source: pkg-js-tools-test-is-missing

so I guess the move isn't complete yet.
