autopkgtest failure is caused by a deprecation warning in stderr

(node:1754) [DEP0016] DeprecationWarning: 'root' is deprecated, use 
'global'

I think the ideal way would be to fix the affected packages and send 
patches upstream. Or at the least we should allow-stderr to autopkgtest 
regressions.
