It is stalled. nodejs 12, needs acorn 6, acorn 6 transition needs rollup 1.10 and webpack 4.30. Webpack 4.30 needs webassemblyjs which is in NEW for 1 month. So only after ftp masters clear node-webassemblyjs from NEW, we can upload nodejs 12 to unstable. Also note that there may be other blockers for nodejs 12 in addition to acorn 6.
