Currently nodejs mipsel build is broken (at mksnapshot, at the end of
compilation,
which hints at a problem with v8).
I was waiting for nodejs to use a more recent v8 version to check if it
builds again.
Typically since nodejs 13 is using v8 7.9 i'm going to give it a shot.
