thanks for this good work. I moved repo to
https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/node-d3-scale-chromatic please work on
it now

TODO:
 * autopkgtest must test installed files, not source ones. Easy to do
   with pkg-js-tools. See
   https://wiki.debian.org/Javascript/Tutorial#Write_good_tests
 * missing debian/upstream/metadata. Easy to do with
   `github-debian-upstream` (provided by pkg-js-tools)
 * update debian/source/lintian-overrides to fix other lintian warnings
   related to viridis.js
