npm now seems unusable with node-10:

  npm WARN npm npm does not support Node.js v10.15.0

  version.
  npm WARN npm Supported releases of Node.js are the latest release of
  4, 6, 7, 8, 9.

  npm ERR! Class constructor LRUCache cannot be invoked without 'new'

I think a RC bug is needed somewhere (npm or one dependency)

@kapouer: also for node-lru-cache, please accept my [MR]: build fail on
low performance machine (another too short timeout)
