[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS: node-bl 1.1.2-2

Hi, I have prepared an update to node-bl from 1.1.2-1 to 1.1.2-2 
It closes two bugs, and should get rid of ci failures.

2.2.0 is out, but the two reverse deps we have both pin the dependency on bl with ^1...
so according to semantic versioning it does not make sense to update.
