I think this is the only way for now, then an update of node-buble will
avoid this dependency.

I can't update node-buble since it depends on itself during build so it
is impossible to build it:
 * node-buble build-depends on rollup and node-rollup-plugin-buble
 * rollup depends on node-rollup-plugin-buble
 * node-rollup-plugin-buble depends on node-buble
